Asset transformation
Building on the success of Chapman Taylor’s earlier refurbishment at One Arlington Square, Three Arlington Square marks the second major transformation within this thriving business park. The scheme reimagines the workplace environment by integrating outdoor sports and wellbeing amenities into a lush, green setting—diversifying from typical city-centre provisions that cater mainly to cyclists and runners.
New amenities
The refurbishment delivers a revitalised ground floor, featuring a refreshed building entrance and reception area, alongside the creation of a new business lounge. This space opens onto a landscaped external courtyard complete with a padel court and a standalone gym pod, offering tenants a unique blend of work and recreation opportunities.
Wellbeing a key design consideration
A careful material palette complements the existing buff brick façade, while bold patterns and dynamic forms contribute to a playful, engaging character that promotes activity and interaction. The transformation aligns with the internal courtyard concept at One Arlington Square, with amenities shared between the buildings to reinforce a connected, campus-style workplace that fosters community and wellbeing.
Three Arlington Square has undergone a transformative refurbishment, building on the success of Chapman Taylor’s previous work at One Arlington Square.
