Three Arlington Square transformed into a dynamic, amenity-rich workplace environment

Chapman Taylor has completed the extensive refurbishment of Three Arlington Square in Bracknell, marking the second major transformation on the Arlington Square Business Park following the successful redesign of One Arlington Square.

The project redefines the workplace experience by capitalising on the site’s green, landscaped setting. It introduces a unique mix of wellness and sporting facilities that extend beyond the typical city centre offering. A key highlight is the creation of a new outdoor courtyard featuring a padel court and a self-contained gym pod, designed to promote active lifestyles and foster community among tenants.

Internally, the ground floor has been comprehensively upgraded with a refreshed reception and the introduction of a new business lounge, which opens directly onto the landscaped courtyard. The design thoughtfully responds to the building’s original buff brick architecture, with considered materials and playful patterns that bring a sense of energy and character to the space.

The new amenities are shared with One Arlington Square, reinforcing the sense of a connected workplace campus. The completed refurbishment not only elevates the tenant experience but also strengthens the site’s appeal as a modern, vibrant business destination.
