It introduces a unique mix of wellness and sporting facilities that extend beyond the typical city centre offering. A key highlight is the creation of a new outdoor courtyard featuring a padel court and a self-contained gym pod, designed to promote active lifestyles and foster community among tenants.

Internally, the ground floor has been comprehensively upgraded with a refreshed reception and the introduction of a new business lounge, which opens directly onto the landscaped courtyard.
