One Arlington Square Shortlisted for Mix Interiors Award 2024

One Arlington Square has earned a coveted spot on the shortlist for a Mix Award 2024 in the category of Project of the Year – Workplace Interiors (15,000 to 30,000 sq ft).

The project involves the extensive renovation of an existing office building situated at Arlington Square Business Park in Bracknell. The four-storey building underwent a comprehensive transformation, including the conversion of a previously external courtyard into a vibrant and modern amenity space. This area now features a new glazed rooflight, fostering a sense of wellness and relaxation for the building's tenants. The design incorporates a careful selection of materials and biophilic elements, further enhancing the overall atmosphere.

The result is a bold statement, elevating One Arlington Square above its competitors and offering high-quality Grade A office and amenity space.

The Mix Awards, established in 2005, celebrate excellence in commercial interiors, recognising outstanding products, people, and projects in the industry. Winners will be unveiled at a prestigious black-tie ceremony on June 27, 2024.
