The reimagined Náměstí Republiky 7 (NR7) building in the heart of Prague reopened in 2026, marking the completion of a major transformation of one of the city’s most prominent historic properties. The project introduces a flagship flexible workspace destination for Scott.Weber Workspace, following a €39.8 million renovation of the heritage-protected, eight-storey neoclassical building originally constructed in 1905.
We sought to balance the preservation of the building’s heritage with the integration of cutting-edge workspace design. Our goal was to create a productive and inspiring environment that reflects how and why companies are increasingly choosing flexibility
