Manchester Studio shortlisted for Insider NW Architect of the Year

The finalists at Insider's annual North West Property Awards have been revealed with Chapman Taylor’s Manchester studio shortlisted for Architectural Practice of the Year.

Celebrating its 25th year, this annual awards ceremony celebrates the property industry in the North West. More than 1,000 people are expected to attend this sold-out event on Thursday, 11 May 2023 at Manchester Central.

Chapman Taylor’s Manchester studio has been involved in some of the best-known development projects in the region over the past 20 years – from industry-leading retail destinations such as the redevelopment of Manchester Arndale post the 1996 bombing to city centre residential projects including Kampus and Anchorage Gateway. Notable projects also include the workplace developments of Manchester Goods Yard, Bupa Place and the award-winning Tomorrow building, plus the extraordinary digital and media destination, MediaCity at Salford Quays.

This year's finalists were chosen after a lengthy and robust judging process. In addition to the judging session, Insider canvassed the industry's views by holding separate discussion sessions with a number of last year's winners and other respected sector experts.
