A residential and hospitality
Sabina has been conceived as a residential and hospitality hybrid, offering homeowners the opportunity to enjoy the comfort of a private villa alongside a comprehensive range of premium services and leisure facilities. Residents have access to a five-star clubhouse, wellness temple, gym, spa, swimming pool, tennis courts, theatre and restaurant, creating a world-class lifestyle destination in one of Europe's most sought-after locations.
Integrated into the surrounding landscape
Integrated into the surrounding landscape
The villas range in size from 510m² to more than 2,000m² and are carefully integrated into the surrounding landscape, taking advantage of spectacular views across the Mediterranean Sea and Ibiza's countryside. Interior spaces have been designed to reflect the island's natural character, incorporating raw timber furnishings, linen textiles and other authentic materials such as straw and rattan to create warm, contemporary living environments that respond sensitively to their setting.
