A new lifestyle centre for Amiens
Shopping Promenade Coeur Picardie is a 40,000m² development for Frey Group is the first lifestyle centre in France, which includes retail, recreational facilities and dining in an urban atmosphere.
International names and local favourites
The commercial area of north Amiens offers more than 40 retail outlets and F&B offerings, including well-known names such as Mango, Armand Thiery and KFC. A food space will include a locally-popular bakery and butcher’s shop.
Chapman Taylor was responsible for the design of this large shopping and relaxation space. Shopping Promenade Coeur Picardie represents an investment of €50 million and the creation of 400 jobs for the Amiens region.
Childcare provision allowing parents to relax
The centre also provides a free daycare section to entertain children between three and ten years old, as well as two large play areas for smaller children, so that their parents can enjoy the shopping experience.
