Antonio Serban (BA(Hons) MArch ARB

Antonio joined our Manchester studio in 2019 as part of the Feasibility team, specialising in the residential sector with a focus on Build-to-Rent.

He has over 11 years of experience across all RIBA work stages, working on residential schemes, PBSA, and Co-living, as well as hospitality, workplace, masterplanning, and retail projects.

He specialises in residential design, supporting teams as a Residential Studio Champion by testing feasibility, unlocking complex sites, and embedding design quality from the earliest project stages.

Antonio also played a key role in developing Chapman Taylor’s Residential Design Guide and has been recognised for his creativity and design talent, winning awards including the Future Retail Destinations Competition and the RIBA Northern Soul Design Charrette.
