Xavier Grau attending SIEC in Paris September 21-22

Xavier Grau, director of Chapman Taylor in Brussels, is attending the two-day SIEC event this September in Paris. The event is being held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

Organised by the National Council of Shopping Centres, SIEC is a meeting place for all forms of commerce and leaders in the Commercial Real Estate and Retail sectors. It is a key business event for the industry in France and beyond. In 2021 there were more than 4,000 participants.

Chapman Taylor's recent experience in France includes the architectural design of a variety of projects, including the Shopping Promenade developments in both Amiens and Paris, Open in St. Genis Pouilly, refurbishment of Creteil Soleil in Paris, refurbishment and extension of SPOT in Evry and Saint Genis 2 in Lyon and historical regeneration of Cour Bareuzai in Dijon.

Xavier has a wide range of design skills, with extensive experience working internationally. He has completed projects in many countries and cultural environments.

He specialises in the design and project management of mixed-use developments, and has particular expertise in the residential, workplace and retail sectors.

Xavier joined Chapman Taylor in 1997 as a design architect and project manager. He became the Director responsible for our Brussels studio in 2005.
