Chapman Taylor to attend Cityscape Global 10th – 13th September 2023

Chapman Taylor will be attending Cityscape Global at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention center Malham, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 10th – 13th September.

Cityscape is the premier global exhibition and conferences brand serving the real estate industry with a particular emphasis on the Middle East. The dynamic 3-day exhibition brings together real estate professionals to do business, engage in discussion and establish new partnerships.

Chapman Taylor will be represented this year by three of our designers - Director Olly Barnard, Director David Wallace, and Senior Architect Alberto Muñoz.

In addition, Olly will be on a Panel to discuss "Reviving Heritage Architecture: A Catalyst for Urban Regeneration." on the 13th of September and 12:10pm.

Olly Bradley-Barnard (BArch)

Director, Dubai

Olly joined Chapman Taylor’s Bangkok studio in 2012. During his time in South East Asia, he worked on a variety of award-winning projects in the region, including Mui Dinh Eco Park in Vietnam – winner of the prestigious MIPIM “Best Futura Mega Project” Award in 2018.

He joined our Dubai studio in 2018 to strengthen our presence in the region with his experience of designing in many different countries and cultures. He has worked on many key projects in the region, including a major mixed-use project in Madinah, Airport City in Jeddah and many important government-funded projects in Saudi Arabia.

Olly’s approach to projects is to create and develop a design concept that has a strong identity, informed by the place, the culture and other aspects of the development’s context.

Olly was promoted to the position of Director in our Dubai studio in 2022.

David Wallace (B.Arch. Dip. Arch, RIBA)

Director, UK and Dubai

David joined Chapman Taylor’s London studio as a Director in 2015 and leads our work in the leisure and hospitality sectors.

He has over 25 years’ experience working internationally in the cinema sector, as well as the fast-moving Chinese hospitality market.

He has an established track-record and reputation for good design with an ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.

Alberto Muñoz (M. Arch ETSAS)

Senior Architect

Alberto joined Chapman Taylor's Madrid studio in 2017. Alberto has developed his design and coordination skills working on projects across all design stages from masterplans to concept design, scheme design, detailed design, interior design, and graphic design.

Alberto has worked on and coordinated projects in a number of countries such as Spain, Portugal, and the MENA region. He is responsible for the Madrid Studio’s inhouse Design Forum and he also participates actively in the business development team.
