Phase 1 of the Reel Cinemas, Al Ghurair development delivered eight state-of-the-art cinema theatres with cutting-edge audiovisual technology, as well as an attractive F&B area. The cinema complex sits in its own dedicated, two-level wing, which connects to the rest of the centre via a link bridge.

Another 10 theatres will open later this year, with options for moviegoers at the 7,000m2 complex including a Dolby Cinema, luxury Platinum Suites and a Reel Junior theatre for kids – providing something for all the family. The finished scheme will accommodate 1,800 seats across its 18 cinema theatres.
Chapman Taylor acted as Lead Architect, creating the design concepts and then working closely with contractor Al Tayer Stocks to detail and deliver this project on behalf of Emaar Entertainment.
