Much-needed urban regeneration

Castle Park View regenerates a brownfield site in a unique location, providing a high-quality residential development delivering some of the first dedicated Built-for-Rent homes in Bristol City Centre.

Build-to-Rent and Affordable Housing

On the site of a former ambulance station, the project is situated inf Castle Park, the largest urban green space in Bristol. It provides 375 new homes, through a mixture of Build-to-Rent and affordable dwellings. Active ground-floor frontages to Castle Park are provided through a main entrance lobby, business centre, concierge reception and leisure facilities for the buildings’ residents. A 26-storey tower and a 10-storey block book-end the scheme, with a podium building connecting the two and providing frontage to the park.

A transformed and desirable area to live

The strong built form along the northern boundary is reminiscent of the old castle wall which once stood on the site. The scheme takes advantage of the site’s proximity to the city centre and nearby floating harbour to create a landscaped and desirable place to live within Bristol.

Chapman Taylor’s Bristol studio is responsible for the concept design for Castle Park View.
