Chapman Taylor to attend the ABB LEAF International Forum in Berlin on 23-24 October
Representatives from three of our European studios will be attending this year’s annual ABB LEAF International Forum, which takes place in Berlin from 23-24 October.
Yvonne von Salm and Natalie Meiners from our Düsseldorf studio, Mariia Grachova from our Brussels studio and Andrej Tusan and Ivana Mercell from our Prague studio will be attending the event. They will be on hand to talk about Chapman Taylor’s experience and discuss our latest projects across the world.
The ABB LEAF International Forum brings together leading figures from the property development and design industries across the world. This year’s theme is ‘Architecture for Future Generations’, with a number of events scheduled to discuss topics such as sustainability, technological innovation, best practice, smart buildings / cities, and the relationship of workspace design and employee performance.
The annual ABB LEAF Awards will take place as part of the event on the second day, with City Plaza, the landmark building which forms the focal point of a major urban regeneration in the German city of Wuppertal, shortlisted in the 'Best Façade Design and Engineering Project' category. A five-storey flagship store for Primark, City Plaza is the centrepiece of a large urban redevelopment project which links Wuppertal’s railway station to the town centre.
