Chapman Taylor delivers extension fit-out at Cineworld O2 – the largest cinema complex in London

The extended Cineworld O2, the largest cinema complex in London, opened to the public last night in time for the release of Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame.

Chapman Taylor delivered the extension fit-out, which increases the O2 Arena cinema venue from 11 to 19 screens, adding a 4DX motion-seat and special effects theatre, four standard cinema theatres and 3 VIP cinemas with reclining seats and access to a private VIP lounge. Cineworld O2 now has a capacity of 4,500 seats.

We previously refurbished the existing complex – fitting out the existing 11 theatres, installing cutting-edge cinema projection systems, including a Screen X, refurbishing the lobbies and and installing a large digital LED screen in the main lobby.
