Catalina Ionita to lead PropTech Week Urban Design Walking Tour

As part of PropTech Week 2025, Europe's largest Real Estate Tech event held in London, Senior Architect Dr Catalina Ionita from Chapman Taylor will lead a guided walking tour exploring London's Greenwich Peninsula.

Date and Time: Tuesday 2nd September 2025, 14:00 – 15:30

Location: Greenwich.

The guided tour will offer an in-depth look at one of London’s most ambitious regeneration districts, showcasing how design, placemaking and emerging technologies are reshaping the urban environment.

Participants will explore the Peninsula’s evolution from post-industrial land to a vibrant cultural and residential destination. The walk will highlight themes central to Chapman Taylor’s design ethos – sustainability, people-focused placemaking and digital innovation – while illustrating how data and technology are increasingly influencing masterplanning and real estate strategies.

Chapman Taylor is proud to engage with PropTech Connect’s initiatives, which bring together architects, developers, investors and technology leaders to explore how the built environment can adapt to the needs of tomorrow.
