Botanica Residence unveiled as a new benchmark for premium living in Baku
The official presentation and opening ceremony of Botanica Residence took place on 18 June at the Four Seasons Hotel Baku, introducing one of the city's most ambitious new premium residential developments.
Developed through a partnership between PMD Group and Kensington, Botanica Residence has been designed by Chapman Taylor and represents a distinctive new approach to urban living in Baku, combining the convenience and energy of city life with the wellbeing benefits of a nature-focused environment.
The event brought together representatives from government agencies, the business community, media organisations, investors and project partners, who were introduced to the vision, design and lifestyle concept behind the development.
Located adjacent to Baku's Central Botanical Garden, Botanica Residence has been conceived around the principle of creating a healthier and more balanced way of living. The project offers residents the opportunity to remain closely connected to the city centre while enjoying direct access to green spaces, fresh air and a tranquil natural setting.
The development comprises four residential buildings containing 359 premium apartments and four penthouses. Two of the buildings rise to 22 storeys and two to 18 storeys, creating a landmark residential destination set within extensive landscaped surroundings.
A defining feature of the project is its commitment to green living. Carefully designed outdoor spaces, family-friendly public areas, recreation zones and facilities that promote active lifestyles have been integrated throughout the development. Every aspect of the design has been considered to support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
Chapman Taylor's design responds to both the urban and natural context of the site, creating a contemporary residential environment that balances architectural quality, landscape and everyday comfort. The project reflects the growing demand for premium homes that prioritise wellbeing, sustainability and a strong connection to nature.
Botanica Residence builds on the extensive experience of PMD Group, one of Azerbaijan's leading real estate developers, and Kensington's expertise in premium residential development and project management. Together, the partners have created a residential destination that offers a new benchmark for quality living in Baku.
