The official launch presentation of Botanica Residence took place on 18 June at the Four Seasons Hotel Baku, introducing one of the city's most ambitious new premium residential developments.
Developed through a partnership between PMD Group and Kensington, Botanica Residence has been designed by Chapman Taylor and represents a distinctive new approach to urban living in Baku, combining the convenience and energy of city life with the wellbeing benefits of a nature-focused environment.
The event brought together representatives from government agencies, the business community, investors and project partners, who were introduced to the vision, design and lifestyle concept behind the development.
Located adjacent to Baku's Central Botanical Garden, Botanica Residence has been conceived around the principle of creating a healthier and more balanced way of living. The project offers residents the opportunity to remain closely connected to the city centre while enjoying direct access to green spaces, fresh air and a tranquil natural setting.
The development comprises four residential towers containing 359 premium apartments and four penthouses. Two of the buildings rise to 22 storeys and two to 18 storeys, creating a landmark residential destination set within extensive landscaped surroundings.
