Renaissance Marriott is a 112-room, 5-star hotel in a prime location with views over the Gomti River in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Across 16 floors
Spread over 16 floors, with a large banquet hall and business centre on the ground and first levels, the hotel offers all-day dining, a multi-cuisine restaurant located on the 14th floor and swimming pool and bar on the 16th.
Critically acclaimed
Before it even opened in 2015, the project gained the accolade ‘Highly Recommended’ in the ‘Best Hotel Architecture for India’ element of the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
Chapman Taylor was the Lead Architect for the project.

Among her many successful and award-winning projects is East Kidwai Nagar, a 35-hectare, residential-led project to the south of central Delhi, used as an exemplar project by the Indian government for its programme to develop smart cities. Sapna also designed the renovation of the Indian Museum in Kolkata, which is the largest museum in India.
Sapna has worked at Chapman Taylor since 2007 and is responsible for managing our New Delhi studio.
