A new way of urban living

Botanica Residence has been designed by Chapman Taylor and represents a distinctive new approach to urban living in Baku, combining the convenience and energy of city life with the wellbeing benefits of a nature-focused environment.

A healthier way of living

Located adjacent to Baku's Central Botanical Garden, Botanica Residence has been conceived around the principle of creating a healthier and more balanced way of living. The project offers residents the opportunity to remain closely connected to the city centre while enjoying direct access to green spaces, fresh air and a tranquil natural setting.

Premium residential homes

Chapman Taylor's design responds to both the urban and natural context of the site, creating a contemporary residential environment that balances architectural quality, landscape and everyday comfort. The project reflects the growing demand for premium homes that prioritise wellbeing and sustainability.
