The North Terminal Retail offer at Gatwick leads the way in delivering innovate F&B

Gatwick airport’s North Terminal is now home to the world’s first gin distillery which has opened its doors. Travellers passing through the Chapman Taylor designed retail offer at the new North Terminal will be able to see and sample Gin being made in the three-metre-by-four-metre landside distillery from The Nicholas Culpeper London Dry Gin brand.

This new concept is the first of its kind and sees a move into offering passengers something unique in airport lounges.

Peter Farmer, Transport Director for Chapman Taylor commented: 'Gin’s recent rising popularity, and in particular distinctive ‘independent’ distillers, coupled the established increased demand for Food and Beverage and more individual offers within airports make this a natural development that we are likely to see appearing in other airports and rail hubs.’
