The Flow Building nearing completion in Prague’s Wenceslas Square

The Flow Building, the Chapman Taylor-designed retail and office landmark in Prague’s famous Wenceslas Square, is in the final stages of construction, with the building set to open within the next few months.

The Flow Building will provide seven floors of prestigious office space, three levels of flagship retail and two basement levels of parking on an important corner site on Wenceslas Square.

Designed and developed to respect the urban, historical and social significance of such a prominent location, the use of a 3-D curved glass facade system is a first for the Czech Republic.

The building will house Primark’s first store in the Czech Republic, forming part of the successful retailer’s expansion throughout Central and Eastern Europe.

Design concept CGIs

The project, designed by Chapman Taylor's Prague studio, is also sustainable and energy-efficient, using intelligent, integrated building technical systems.
