Driven by a retrofit-first approach, the architectural intervention and interior design sit hand in hand to create a fresh, new identity for the building.

A soft hierarchy of workplace typologies frames the journey from a welcoming arrival lounge, through task-focused work settings and bookable meeting rooms, to a flexible presentation space. A spin studio completes the one-of-a-kind amenity offering. Each setting has been carefully considered to support different ways of working, creating a seamless progression between social interaction, focused activity and collaboration.
