First Look | Chapman Taylor unveils complete photos of its landmark hotel design in Chongqing
We are delighted to share the first full look at the recently completed Future Hotel - Hilton Grace Collection in Chongqing, a landmark 50,000m² hospitality development nestled between Baiyun Mountain and Baiyun Lake Park, designed by Chapman Taylor following a winning competition submission, which is due to open shortly.
A seamless blend of nature and technology, with the building emerging from its natural hillside and presenting park and water views from every angle.
Smart-hotel features such as AI-driven check-in, a virtual “butler” to guide guests, and automated shuttle services, all layered over a rich guest experience.
A façade inspired by the region’s mist, mountains and waterfalls, referencing local vernacular and the surrounding topography to create a contextual yet contemporary identity.
Stepped guest accommodation terraces on the hillside, private courtyard suites for VIPs, a conference centre, spa, fitness hub, all-day restaurant and landscaped arrival plaza with reflection pool.
The design reinforces Chapman Taylor’s commitment to hospitality projects that not only respond to their context but anticipate the future of guest-experience, technology and wellbeing. We look forward to seeing the project fully realised and welcoming guests to this unique destination.
