​Chapman Taylor’s Michael Swiszcowski announced as a speaker at Modular Matters 16th February

Chapman Taylor’s UK Director Michael Swiszczowski is speaking on the second day of the Modular Matters Conference at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham on the 16th of February.

The second day of the conference will cover housing projects including private residential, affordable housing and built to rent. In session two Michael will be sharing insights about the build to rent sector, Chapman Taylor’s modular design approach and the changes on the horizon. Michael has significant experience working on award-winning offsite residential and hotel projects, such as the completed Holiday Inn Express at Trafford scheme and Chapman Taylor-designed Flax Place in Leeds.

Director, UK

Michael joined Chapman Taylor in 2016 to strengthen the practice’s residential expertise. He joined the UK Board in 2022 and continues to take an active role in developing the practice’s residential and hospitality sectors across the UK business.

He has experience working on award-winning residential projects, with a particular focus on Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, hotels, serviced apartments and modular construction.

Michael is a regular speaker at residential and property conferences where he articulates Chapman Taylor’s design approach and skill-sets. He is also an RIBA-elected member of the Regional Council for RIBA North West.
