Chapman Taylor will attend SIEC: The Retail Real Estate Event 2026, taking place on 10–11 June at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Pavilion 6, in Paris.

Recognised as a key meeting point for the retail real estate sector, SIEC will bring together over 4,400 attendees, 110 exhibitors and host more than 1,000 business meetings. The 2026 edition marks a new phase for the event, focusing on what drives successful commercial destinations today: life, emotion and shared experiences that strengthen social connections and enhance the vitality of places.

Representing Chapman Taylor at this year’s event will be Senior Architect Natalia Morado from the Madrid studio and Director Mariia Grachova from the Brussels studio. The team will be available throughout the event for meetings and discussions with clients, collaborators and industry partners.

SIEC 2026 will explore the growing integration of leisure within retail environments, examining the business models, operational strategies and design approaches needed to create engaging, experience-led destinations. From town centres and shopping centres to travel retail, outlets and high streets, the programme will address how retail spaces can evolve to meet changing consumer expectations while remaining commercially resilient.

As retail continues to transform into a more immersive and socially driven experience, Chapman Taylor looks forward to engaging with industry leaders at SIEC, sharing insights and exploring new opportunities to shape vibrant, future-ready destinations.

Mariia has worked on major retail, transportation, and mixed-use schemes across Europe, Africa, and South Asia, focusing on close collaboration with clients and consultants to achieve successful outcomes. Her linguistic, cultural, and technical knowledge spans multiple regions.

Joining Chapman Taylor in 2012, she advanced to Director in 2023. Known for her collaborative approach, Mariia is committed to sharing expertise, fostering teamwork, and contributing fresh ideas for future visions and insights.

Natalia Morado (M. Arch ETSAM)

Senior Architect

Natalia joined Chapman Taylor's Madrid studio in March 2016. Since then, she has worked as a project architect on many large and medium-scale Spanish and international projects, from masterplan to detailed design stage with a strong focus on team coordination. Natalia developed her skills in residential and retail projects in Spain, Georgia and France.

With strong leadership and communication skills, she believes that the key to any successful project is a diverse set of skilled and well-coordinated people on a team.

Natalia speaks Spanish, English and French fluently.

The social media communication from the Madrid studio, of which Natalia is in charge, is well-positioned in the Spanish market. She also participates actively in the business development team.

Natalia se incorporó a Chapman Taylor Madrid Studio en marzo de 2016. Desde entonces, ha trabajado como arquitecto en numerosos proyectos de media y gran escala, tanto en España como internacionales desde fases de concurso a fases de proyecto de ejecución. Natalia ha desarrollado una gran capacidad de coordinación y adaptación en el transcurso de proyectos residenciales y de retail en Georgia y Francia.

Con gran capacidad de liderazgo y comunicación, Natalia defiende que la clave del éxito de un proyecto está en contar con personas diversas potenciando las cualidades de cada uno en un trabajo de equipo bien organizado. La inspiración y la creatividad son el resultado de juntar experiencias y opiniones variadas y entender todas las maneras que existen de experimentar un espacio, un edificio o una ciudad.

Natalia habla Español, Inglés y Francés con fluidez.
