Adrian Griffiths to speak at Sustainable Repurposing webinar on 1 December

Chapman Taylor Main Board Director Adrian Griffiths is to take part in a webinar discussion, hosted by law firm Charles Russell Speechlys, on the subject of repurposing buildings and built environments for new uses.

The online discussion, which will take place via Zoom at 09:00 am on Tuesday 1 December, will focus on the ways in which tired or redundant spaces can be reinvented to give them new roles and a new lease of life. Drawing upon Chapman Taylor’s extensive experience in doing this, Adrian will be offering his insights into what works, what doesn’t and the importance of flexible, authentic and context-appropriate design.

Before and after: Repositioning case study

In addition to Adrian, the panel of experts will include a representative from Savills Estate Agents.

One of Chapman Taylor’s key strengths is the expertise we have in identifying how to add value to existing developments with well-considered design. We have worked with countless clients to renew, reconstruct, extend and reinvent developments of all types and sizes, helping to economically boost what were often tired or outdated environments around the world.
