Located in the centre of Linyi City, this mixed-use project includes retail, F&B, offices and residential apartments. The 101,300m2 GBA development will be spread across six floors.
Inspired by Linyi's diamond trade
Linyi is known for being a major centre of China’s diamond industry, as well as for its exquisite calligraphy – our interior design concept draws inspiration from both to create a visual representation of the area’s culture and history.
A strong design motif
The design replicates the lines formed by the diamond cutting process, providing a common design motif throughout the ceiling and atrium cornices, the centre’s three atriums and the retail mall.
Stylish and stimulating
Two different floor textures are used for the public walkways and the urban park area at the upper levels, creating a stylish, uncluttered and visually stimulating shopping space.
The MixC at Linyi was designed by Chapman Taylor's Shanghai studio.
