EXPO Business Park is located to the north-west of Bucharest city centre, with a metro station only four minutes’ walk away and a tram stop by the site. The 70,586m² development comprises three separate and self-contained office buildings set over a shared two-level basement parking structure.
Chapman Taylor’s Prague studio has provided the design for the EXPO Business Park, targeting a sustainability rating of BREEAM Excellent through innovative building systems and renewable energy sources.

Expo Business Park won three CIJ Romania Awards in December 2019 - The Grand Prix award for “Project of the Year”, “Best Office Lease of the Year” (for the 19,000m² ING Bank lease of the nine-floor Building C) and “Best Bucharest Standalone Office Development”.
