Perfectly-located office and retail provision in Warsaw's historic centre
Ethos is a new mixed-use, retail and office scheme on the historic Royal Route in Warsaw, adjacent to the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Ministry of Economy and Polish Parliament. It creates a perfectly-situated business centre, with 17,000m² of mixed-use space, adding a five-storey office and retail extension on the east side next to the Vistula River.
A luxury addition to the city's retail scene
A luxury commercial retail space includes an internal mezzanine and an eight-metre-high glazed frontage onto Three Crosses Square, with the aim of becoming Warsaw’s first truly high-end fashion and retail destination.
Sustainable and energy-efficient
Sustainability and energy efficiency are central to the design, with an aim in all design and construction work to achieve the BREEAM Excellent rating.
