We're hiring: Project Architect - Manchester Studio
Chapman Taylor is an award-winning, AJ Top 100 practice, operating from 18 studios globally. We can offer you the chance to work in a dynamic and creative studio environment. We are looking for a highly motivated, design-orientated and technically proficient individual with excellent client communication skills to join our team. You will have the opportunity to develop your career while working on a range of exciting projects in the UK and internationally, including mixed-use urban regeneration, residential, retail, office, hospitality and leisure.
Key attributes:
- Architect with five years post-Part III experience and proven design, technical and job running skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
- Experience of leading large-scale, complex projects (£10M+)
- Experience in some or all of the following sectors: residential, retail, office, mixed-use, hospitality, leisure
- Ability to work well as part of a team and thrive in a diverse and exciting studio environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent design skills
- Technical proficiency, with experience of developing detailed design through to construction information
- Experience of Autodesk Revit required, with the opportunity for advanced training for the right candidate
