UK Apartment Association Launches London and South East Hub in New Year Celebration

The UK Apartment Association (UKAA), a leading membership organisation for the UK Build to Rent (BTR) and Single-family Rental (SFR) sectors, welcomed the New Year with the inauguration of its London and South East Hub. The event, sponsored by Chapman Taylor, took place on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at the Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP offices.

Director Michael Swiszczowski of Chapman Taylor, addressed the audience at the inaugural event, emphasising the significance of the new hub and the collaborative efforts to drive growth in the industry.

Michael joined Chapman Taylor in 2016 to strengthen the practice’s residential expertise. A key member of the Manchester studio’s management team, Michael has a business development remit for the residential sector across the UK business.

He has experience working on award-winning residential projects with a particular focus on build-to-rent, student accommodation and modular construction.

He is a RIBA-elected member of the Regional Council for RIBA North West.
