Two Outstanding Property Awards for our Chinese Projects
Zhangjiang IC design Industrial Park 2b-6 and Urumqi Exhibition Wuyue have both been declared winners of an Outstanding Property Award London in the category of Architecture and Interior Design respectively.
Zhangjiang Industrial Park won the Architectural Design award in the mixed-use category. This project is currently under development for our client Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park Development Co. Its design aims to foster an innovative ecological community of co-governance and sharing; an atmosphere that encourages scientific and technological talents to gather. The park ascends from west to east, forming eight key spaces. The office buildings and supporting functions are placed at the heart of the scheme, spatially organised for efficient circulation throughout the complex.

Urumqi Exhibition Wuyue won the Interior Design award in the retail category. This project is currently under development for our client Seazen Holdings Co. Urumqi Wuyue covers an area of 120,000 square metres, with five floors above-ground and one floor underground, realising its visitors’ one-stop lifestyle, entertainment and shopping needs.
