Practical completion at Manchester Goods Yard

The shell and core are now complete at Allied London's eagerly awaited Manchester Goods Yard development, designed by Chapman Taylor. Works are ongoing to the public realm and the internal fit-out is underway.

Set to become the centre of Enterprise City at St John’s, this new digital media technology hub will soon be home to a mix of SMEs and multi-corporation technology and creative industry organisations.

The large-format office floor plates are designed to create an adaptable and flexible workspace. The design embraces health and wellbeing and communion with nature in order to create a vibrant environment for people to enjoy and to promote creativity.

These ultra-modern, flexible workspaces will be supplemented by a mix of café bars, restaurants and leisure facilities, with the aim of creating a vibrant neighbourhood in which to live, work, shop and relax.
