With a planned completion set for May 2024, the PINEA Resort's Phase 2 in Pobierowo, Poland is swiftly approaching the finish line, heralding the beginning of Stage 3.
With a planned completion set for May 2024, the PINEA Resort's Phase 2 in Pobierowo, Poland is swiftly approaching the finish line, heralding the beginning of Stage 3.
Currently, the focus lies on the interior finishing works within the condo hotel building, including the commercial kitchen and restaurant. Additionally, the underground multilevel parking and recreational area are poised for handover, marking a significant milestone in the project's progress.
The final touches are being applied to facade and plastering works, alongside the mounting of external fully glazed balustrades on individual balconies. Advanced paving works are underway, paving the way for the comprehensive planting of plants and greenery scheduled in two weeks. This will be preceded by a thorough site and construction site cleanup, ensuring pristine surroundings for guests and residents alike.
Spanning over 55,000 square meters, the PINEA Resort complex boasts three main buildings comprising 175 private apartments, a 156-key 4-Star Hilton Garden Inn hotel, and a 150-room condo-hotel with a plethora of amenities, including a spa, swimming pool, physio rooms, saunas, and sports facilities. Shared underground car parking and servicing zones add to the convenience and functionality of the development.
The distinctive saw-tooth external architecture of the buildings not only ensures breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea from every room but also guarantees privacy for residents and guests utilizing the balconies and terraces.
Furthermore, sustainability lies at the core of the project, with modern, eco-friendly features such as high-efficiency MEP systems and a rainwater collection and storage system for irrigation. The buildings' green roofs, designed to achieve a high bioactive green area ratio, align with local development plans and underscore the commitment to environmental responsibility.
Designed using advanced BIM-based design tools, the project embodies innovation and collaboration, with construction documentation currently underway for Phase 2. Chapman Taylor's visionary design for the PINEA Resort, commissioned by Fenixco, a joint venture of Belgian and Polish investors, has been executed under the expert guidance of Strabag Construction, the project's general contractor.
