Office design: Exciting award win for Chapman Taylor designed Bestech Headquarters

The Chapman Taylor designed Bestech Headquarters in Gurgaon has won the prestigious International Property Award for Best Office Architecture in the Asia Pacific Region.

The award ceremony took place last night at The London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square in London.

The building design is an abstracted form of an unfolded lotus flower.  It will be the principal office of the Bestech group, who are the developers of some of the most modern and distinctive landmarks in the Gurgaon area. The brief was to produce an iconic building that would make Bestech stand out from its competitors and represent an engineering challenge. 

The concept design was produced in Chapman Taylor London and all subsequent stages of work to completion are being undertaken in Chapman Taylor New Delhi.

The office building will be opened in 2016.

At the 2014 International Property Awards our Asia team also won the ‘Best Retail Architecture in the World Award’ for our world-beating Global Harbor development in Shanghai, China.
