Office design: Bestech Headquarters in India receives top sustainability accreditation

Chapman Taylor’s India project, Bestech in Gurgaon, has been awarded a GRIHA certificate for its green credentials. Similar to BREEAM & LEED, the Government of India has initiated a similar Green Certification Authority, which is called GRIHA.

The GRIHA recognises sustainable design through a detailed study of architecture, engineering and even site level amenities. Bestech Headquarters was awarded a 5 star rating, the highest achievements possible.

The project is home to the new Bestech management group and a distinct landmark for Gurgaon with its abstracted form inspired by an unfolded Lotus Flower. The concept for the scheme was produced in Chapman Taylor’s  London studio whilst India undertook the schematic design.
