Calina-Elena Griguta, an architect from Chapman Taylor’s Düsseldorf Studio, is opening the retail section of the Baltic Real Estate Investment Forum on June 3rd.
Her presentation will take place at 10.30 am, with the subject: “Retail Environments – What’s Next?” Calina will give a short overview of how retail has developed over the years, focusing on some current Chapman Taylor retail environments. She will illustrate that the ‘shopping centre’ should now be about much more than retail and that the customer experience plays an important role.
The Baltic Investment Forum takes place from June 2-3 rd at Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva in Vilnius, Lithuania. Its agenda considers Baltic economies and emerging trends in real estate.

It was conceived as a home away from home, which breaks many of the conventional rules and norms of shopping centre design.
