Michael Swiszczowski promoted to the UK Board

We are pleased to announce that Michael Swiszczowski has been promoted to the UK Board.

Michael joined Chapman Taylor’s Manchester studio in 2016 as a Senior Architect and has been instrumental in growing our residential, hospitality and modular design expertise in the UK and internationally. He was promoted to Associate Director in 2016 and became a Director in 2019.

Michael is currently leading our competition-winning design for the ground-breaking Waterbeach suburban build-to-rent project in Cambridge where we are working for Urban & Civic.

Michael joined Chapman Taylor in 2016 to strengthen the practice’s residential expertise. A key member of the Manchester studio’s management team, Michael has a business development remit for the residential sector across the UK business.

He has experience working on award-winning residential projects with a particular focus on build-to-rent, student accommodation and modular construction.

He is a RIBA-elected member of the Regional Council for RIBA North West.
