Masterplanning: We lend our expertise to invigorate the heart of Warsaw city centre

Chapman Taylor's Warsaw office has teamed up with property company BNP Paribas Real Estate to deliver a report which sets out suggestions and recommendations as to how the so called ‘East Wall’ or Sciana Wschodnia area of the capital city centre could be more successfully transformed into a thriving urban space.

The report comments on planning guideline proposals prepared by the City of Warsaw planners and offered for open public consultations. The BNP Paribas Real Estate and Chapman Taylor team jointly debated and considered how to revitalise the high street areas - by examining how retail, transport and accessibility can be improved to prevent the area from declining and to make it a destination for the local community and tourists.

Chapman Taylor has been integral in advising the city planners on the development of the city centre, Director, Aleksandra Zentile–Miller commented: ‘We have helped propose an ‘offer’ which blends into the existing fabric of the environment improving the economic, social and cultural  activity of the East Wall’.
