Residential: Video of Park View Grand Spa, Gurgaon, India

This development is a large luxury, gated, residential community of approx 150,000m² on a site to the west of central Gurgaon.  Designed by Chapman Taylor, Park View Grand Spa includes over 550 luxurious apartments, 30 penthouses, 5 villas, 8 acres of landscaped gardens and parkland incorporated within 10 towers and the exclusive ‘Spa Signature’ tower.  Facilities for the community include a clubhouse and gym, a spa, sports facilities, children's play areas and yoga pavilions.

The project, which will be a landmark project in one of India’s fastest growing cities, is currently under construction, and is set to be complete in 2015.
