Director Nick Thursby to speak at Design West Tall Buildings event 13th September

What role can Tall Buildings play in the future of our cities? A new series of Bristol debates begins on Wednesday the 13th of September to answer this question.

Design West will host the first 6 O’Clock Session at The Architect bar on Narrow Quay, asking what role can tall buildings play in the future of Bristol.

As cities struggle with the housing crisis, failing centres (post-covid), low footfall, climate change and an aging population, does building high provide answers? Or do high-rise buildings create more problems?

Chapman Taylor Director Nick Thursby will address these themes at this event together with other Architects, The University of the West of England, and the Bristol Civic Society.
