Chapman Taylor’s UK Director Michael Swiszczowski is speaking at Bisnow's single-family rental market conference in London on the 24th of February. Chapman Taylor will also be taking a Stand at the event which runs from 8-11am.
Bisnow’s London conference is themed around the UK’s single-family rental market, the development pipeline and how to tap into this emerging asset class. Michael will be talking about the suburban build-to-rent (SBtR) sector in the UK and has significant experience working on both SBtR and the Build-to-rent (BtR) sector more broadly in both the UK and Internationally.
The event is being held at the Sofitel St James Hotel in London and includes breakfast and networking opportunities.
