Chapman Taylor will be attending and speaking at Bisnow's Build-to-Rent Annual Conference, taking place on 11th June 2026 in Canary Wharf, London.
Bringing together more than 40 industry speakers, six panel discussions, and keynote conversations, the conference is one of the UK's leading events for the Build-to-Rent (BtR) sector. The programme will explore the latest opportunities and challenges facing the market, with discussions focused on investment, funding strategies, operational performance, resident experience, and the sector's future growth.
Chapman Taylor will be represented by Group Board Directors Michael Swiszczowski and Marcelina Zielinska, Director Nick Thursby, and Associate Directors Alexander Esfahani and Nikki Hoggarth. The team will be available throughout the event to connect with delegates and share insights drawn from Chapman Taylor's extensive experience delivering successful BtR, rental living and residential-led mixed-use developments across the UK and internationally.
As part of the conference programme, Michael will join a panel discussion entitled Community-First Design: Spaces Residents Want to Call Home. The session will explore how thoughtful design can enhance resident satisfaction, foster stronger communities and improve long-term retention. Discussions will focus on creating highly liveable environments and community-led amenities that support resident wellbeing and justify premium rents through quality and experience, rather than simply increasing amenity provision.
The conference will bring together investors, lenders, developers, operators, asset managers, and designers who are actively shaping the future of the UK Build-to-Rent market. Attendees will gain valuable insights into emerging regional opportunities, evolving funding and refinancing strategies, operational best practices, ESG considerations and the regulatory factors influencing investment decisions across the sector.
With Build-to-Rent continuing to play a significant role in addressing housing demand and delivering professionally managed rental communities, the event provides an important platform for industry leaders to share knowledge, exchange ideas and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
