Chapman Taylor to feature at the ARL Rental Living and Pathways Conference 2025

Chapman Taylor will be participating in the ARL Rental Living and Pathways Conference, taking place on 6th November 2025 at One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London. This significant industry event unites two forums in a single day: the Strategic Rental Living Conference and the NextGen Pathways Conference for early and mid-career professionals.

With 400+ delegates, 30+ sector-leading speakers, and 12 hours of content, the event is set to be a cornerstone of innovation, insight, and networking in the Build-to-Rent (BtR) and Rental Living sectors.

Chapman Taylor event highlights:

  • Dr Catalina Ionita, Senior Architect at Chapman Taylor and Special Design Advisor to the ARL Design Committee, will moderate a panel discussion titled “Placemaking – How to Deliver Value to Business, Community and Homes” from 15:45 to 16:15. This case study-led session will explore the evolving role of BtR and Rental Living in regenerating neighbourhoods and shaping community-centric environments.
  • Catalina will also support the Design Charette breakout session (10:30 – 11:10), following its standout success in 2024. This highly interactive workshop will once again be driven by some of the most innovative and influential voices in rental living design.
  • Michael Swiszczowski, Group Board Director at Chapman Taylor and fellow Special Design Advisor to the ARL Design Committee, will also attend. His presence underscores Chapman Taylor’s ongoing commitment to thought leadership and excellence in rental living design.

This dual-conference event offers an exceptional platform for professionals across all stages of their careers to connect, collaborate, and contribute to the future of the UK’s rental living landscape.
