Chapman Taylor to co-host networking event at Property Week Rental Living Summit 2026

Chapman Taylor is delighted to announce that we will be co-hosting a Summer Drinks networking event at the Property Week Rental Living Summit 2026, taking place in Manchester on 16 July.

Hosted alongside our industry partners Benjamin Hall of LOFT.uk and John Coddington of JLL, the event will take place at Mollie's Diner, Manchester, offering delegates the opportunity to connect with peers and industry leaders in one of Manchester's most vibrant new food and beverage destinations.

Representing Chapman Taylor at the summit, Group Board Director Michael Swiszczowski will deliver a presentation titled "XXXX." Drawing on Chapman Taylor's extensive experience in the BtR sector, Michael will share insights into the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of rental living.

Michael will be joined by colleagues from Chapman Taylor's London, Manchester and Bristol studios, who will be available throughout the event to discuss the latest trends and innovations across Build-to-Rent, co-living, single-family rental and purpose-built student accommodation.

The Property Week Rental Living Summit brings together the former RESi360 and BTR360 property events, creating a new conference that reflects the continued growth of rental living as a major force within UK housing.

For Chapman Taylor, whose portfolio spans the full spectrum of rental living, the summit provides an ideal platform to share our expertise in creating sustainable, community-focused residential environments. With Manchester playing an increasingly important role in the UK's rental living market, and home to one of our three UK studios, we look forward to engaging with clients, collaborators and industry peers at both the summit and our networking event.
