With more than two decades of experience in the design and management of large-scale architectural projects, Filip has established himself as a leading voice in the industry. At Chapman Taylor, he manages teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions across retail, mixed-use, residential, and office sectors. His strategic leadership and creative vision have been central to the successful delivery of award-winning projects throughout Central and Eastern Europe.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Design, Filip is recognised for his collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and ability to translate complex client needs into compelling architectural outcomes. Passionate about embedding sustainability and modern technologies into design, he ensures that each project contributes meaningfully to the built environment while meeting the highest design standards.

Beyond his project work, Filip is a regular contributor to industry discourse, speaking at conferences and sharing insights on the future of architecture and urban development.

Fellow industry leaders will join Filip at this year’s Summit to exchange ideas and shape the conversation on the state of the construction industry, the future of architecture and design in the CEE region.
