Fresh and modern design
Fresh and modern design
The modern design concept is inspired by forms and elements found in nature, interpreted in simple sculptural volumes and lace 3D-patterned panels and balustrades. The architectural expression will be complemented by subtle Uzbek design motifs to create a strong sense of the development being rooted in its place.
Façades are designed to be elegant and contemporary, with light colours balancing the building’s strong expression to create a sense of the cool and refreshing, which will be welcome in the sunny and warm Tashkent climate. The result is a modern and attractive building which enhances the existing urban fabric.
Sustainability and wellbeing at its core
Sustainability and wellbeing at its core
The design for the Mustaqillik Avenue residences places environmental sustainability and wellbeing at its core, offering abundant natural light and beautiful green landscaping, including on the rooftop areas. As temperatures in Tashkent often exceed 40 degrees Celsius in summer, trees and shrubs are used to cool the roof spaces and apartments, while solar shades and balconies are carefully positioned to further reduce the buildings’ energy expenditure on cooling.
The finished development will create the basis for a high-class, happy and healthy community in an excellent location near Tashkent city centre.
Chapman Taylor created this residential design concept on behalf of Golden House, developers of the Mirabad Avenue development in the same city.
