The renovation will provide a new Espacio Latino (‘Latin Space’) – a space for Latin American retail brands and artists, as well as a gourmet zone offering food from across the region. The 13,600m² Espacio Latino houses 69 commercial premises, fully leased, as well as catwalk fashion shows and art exhibitions. 30% of the commercial area is dedicated to food, and 29% to fashion.
