Peter leads the Principal Designer role for Chapman Taylor under the CDM and Building Regulations.

An experienced Architect, Peter established the Chapman Taylor CDM and Building Regulations services for our Clients. He is a member of the in-house Technical Group and is responsible for integrating ISO 9001 and risk management initiatives within the design process at Chapman Taylor UK.

With 40 years of design experience on commercial office projects, residential schemes, tenant and landlord side retail, industrial schemes, and transport projects, he has particular expertise in the delivery of detailed design solutions for complex developments.
